OpenTable “Dining Mode”

What does mom really want for Mother's Day? It's not presents, it's your presence. 85% of people check their phones while out to eat. So on one of the biggest days of the year for restaurants, we asked diners to put away their phones so that they can reconnect with the ones they love most.

 

We launched the idea with a digital video leading up to Mother’s Day.

The campaign extended into social, PR and experiential where OpenTable restaurants incentivized diners to stay off their phones and prompted meaningful conversation during Mother's Day meals.
